I rarely write reviews but I want to shout from the rooftops about how great Jamie and his team were fitting our air con unit. They were friendly, professional, tidy with the work, made good everything and its so clear they really care about what they do and getting it right. They really went over and above even when there were some unexpected hiccups and we will definitely be servicing our new unit with them too!
Cannot fault any stage of the process. Jamie visited my house and went through various options and brought brochures of the products they install. Communication was excellent, any questions I had Jamie was always on the end of the phone to answer. The team arrived on time on install day, went through exactly what they were installing and where it was going. The outdoor unit was being installed above a sheltered side access of the property, the team went above and beyond to deconstruct its roof and reconstruct it after they finished, and left the property immaculate. I highly recommend them!

After viewing and discussing the job the estimate and schedule of works was back within 24 hours It was detailed and very professional and contained all the manufacturers information on the equipment to be used the installation of both indoor and outdoor units and all associated pipework and cables was very neat and everything was cleaned up on completion. My home was left clean after every working day and they made me aware of everything that was happening throughout the whole process. WOW, WOW, WOW Contacted Impact on the back of an install I had viewed on FB. Jamie gave me an indication of likely costs over the phone. After him arranging a visit by his qualified electrician which happened 2 days later he sent me the quotation the same evening. From acceptance to install which was completed today it was 2 weeks. The installation which has taken 2 days and was performed by Jamie and his proud Father in Law Ian has been exceptional. They are professional, tidy and everything has been done with a great sense of humour. Excellent Job, thank you and the product is fantastic.

Jamie and his team quoted to help sort a heat issue in my bar Rapscallions. I could not believe the price verses other quotes whilst still using top brands. I was really worried the unit would look out of place in a pirate themed bar, but Jamie sorted that. He Match the paint on my ceiling and had the unit painted to that colour. You can now not even notice it’s there. They were quick and clean. Very nice guys.

To be honest, I knew our air con installation would be tricky due to our dormers, and Jamie took me through his ideas. He was open and honest and the installation today was first class. Jamie and his team are very knowledgeable and his work is very tidy and looks good to the eye. This was a challenging installation and Jamie insisted on showing me how to use the unit, downloaded the app and explained how the system worked. The unit looks great in the bedroom and the outside pump placed in a clever location, tucked away but accessible. My only regret is that I wish I had done it earlier.

Multi split system for 2x bedrooms and extension. After an initial survey of my home, Jamie was able to suggest the perfect system for our needs to provide not only cooling but heating as well. The quote was provided quickly and his team were flexible around other trades and building works. They were reliable and tidy. I wasn't sure living in a reasonably large Victorian end of terrace in Southsea that air conditioning would be possible but after messaging Impact Air Conditioning Jamie came round the following day took some measurements and came up with a solution for my particular needs, at the time, of cooling three rooms. Due to delivery problems at the manufacturer, installation was delayed and done in two parts but I was kept fully informed of the situation and everything went very smoothly. It will be sometime I think before I will now need any cooling but the ability to use the three units in heating mode will prove very useful over the winter when I will cut down on using the gas central heating. I would highly recommend Impact Air Conditioning services.
